Pierson Place Historic District
Pierson Place Historic District is a small historic district in uptown Phoenix with several Bungalow and Spanish Colonial Revival style houses.
Only a few miles from downtown, and bounded by light rail on two sides, the Pierson Place Historic District is in a great location in the northern part of Central Phoenix. It lies between Camelback Road and the Grand Canal (north-south), and Central and Seventh avenues (east-west). It was one of the latest neighborhoods to achieve official historic status (November 2005). The homes were built between 1924 and 1956.
